Hi, I’m Zoe Zuniga.

I’m a freelance writer and designer at Mind-Body Copy.

I have been in the wellness field for over 20 years, as a fitness instructor, Pilates trainer, and sports massage therapist. I’m also a nationally certified medical assistant, presently studying for a plant-based nutrition certification.

I have a degree in illustration from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and have been a freelance illustrator on and off since the 1980’s. I have a blog for creatives; mindfuljoyful.com.

I grew up moving around the country every year or two, doing puppet shows, with my mom, who is a composer, playwright, and puppeteer.

I went to 15 different schools and lived in six states before I graduated from high school and left “home” at the age of 17.

I proudly carry an ACE score of 5 for adverse childhood experiences.
